This delicious and fully fledged confection is made using the farm's sweet Heirloom Organic Peppermint Oil.  The oil is blended into silky, 70% European Couverture made with Criollo & Trinitario cacao.  It is then finely tempered and glided onto the cooling board for a perfectly thin snap.  One of our most Popular confection with Vegans and those who are Dairy Free!
