Our Couverture Chocolate contains 40% Cacao Butter. This high percentage of Cacao Butter helps to give our Chocolate Bars rich flavor and a smooth finish. Our Gifting Chocolate Bars come Plain or with your choice of Fruit / Nut.
NOTE: Vegans please choose "Dark" as the chocolate type which can vary between 60% to 75% depending on the availability from the cacao farms in South America.
