Inspired by Niederegger of Lubeck, Germany, we use a 4:1 ratio of USDA Certified Organic Raw Almonds to confectioner's sugar. Hard to believe, but there's no need to use almond extract because Glen Anderson Farm's organically grown almonds AMAZINGLY carry a very strong almond flavor naturally! Our marzipan is hand rolled then dipped into our fine European couverture chocolate. "So himmlisch dekedent!"
