Our Italian Gianduja is authenic as in late 19th century recipe from the Italians of Turin. Hand-made using Oregon Tilth 'Barcelona' Hazelnuts that we first blanch, roast then grind. We then add this paste to our Fine European Couverture Chocolate along with organic butter, organic cream and a tad bit of organic cane sugar. "Perfettamente delizioso!"
